C- Commercial
We like making money so although we take a holistic approach to business, geek out about new technology and love spending a week night on the bubbly, the pound signs in the profit line is what really gets us going. We link everything we do to the commercial performance of us as individuals, companies or charities. It does, after all, make the world go round,
Now, don't get us wrong, we won't be meditating in our meetings or taking uncalculated risks because of our relationship with the man upstairs but we do look after ourselves and it is likely that we will encourage you to do the same. We eat well, we exercise often and burn the candle at one end only. We aren't vein enough to do it to make us look good and we like a party and a piece of cake as much as the next person but our healthy lifestyle fuels our business by making us more focused, more astute and considerably more accepting of stress and pressure.
We are a fairly nice bunch and we have learnt to accept that everyone is different. Of course we know everyone looks different but we also understand that everyone has different skills, different motivations, different boundaries and various ways of learning, communicating and coping. We all have a story, whether it be personal or professional and we believe that it is essential to understand and accept that in others. By doing this we can provide the most essential support, knowledge or skill in the most effective manner.
The Change Gang is a mixed bunch but we are united by a passion to support others and in the gratitude we express to those who have helped us. Business of any kind is an adventure and it is important that amongst the highs and lows you have a constant and reliable source of support. We have all been around for a while and have helped one another flourish, develop and discover good, bads, rights and wrongs.
We don't often generalise but in the case of entrepreneurs we make an exception, assuming that most of us are stubborn, arrogant and incredibly single minded. Therefore, we do not 'tell', we do not 'demand' and we do not 'instruct'. We simply guide and realise that each of us will take our own route, regardless. The team that collectively create The Change Gang have been around the block enough to provide guidance for whatever situation you find yourself in and remember our own journeys well enough never to judge and never to order.
Despite being pretty amazing, The Change Gang are not here to inspire. We believe, very strongly, that empowering people is much more fun that inspiring them so all of our tools, coaching and consultancy are personalised, knowledge based and put you in the driving seat. Our toolkit is free from stories, anecdotes or one fits all approaches. We instead focus on understanding what you need, what your measure and how you can reach your desination with relative ease.
